Special Registrations
The registrations for the Gran Triatlón Madrid are open to both federated and non-federated athletes.
Please note that if you are not federated, you will need to pay an additional €5 for a one-day license, which includes mandatory competition insurance. About the mandatory insurance.
For younger participants, the registrations for the Circuito de Triatlón Escolar will follow the deadlines established in the school triathlon circuit regulations. About registration and dates for school athletes.
Refund policy for registrations for the Gran Triatlón Madrid
In case you are unable to participate, we offer a flexible refund policy:
- 75% of the registration fee will be refunded if you request the cancellation before June 10 at 11:59 p.m.
- From June 11, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
- Transfers of registration between participants will be allowed until June 16, with a €5 administration fee. If the new participant is not federated, they will need to pay the additional fee for the one-day licence.
