In case you are unable to participate, we offer a flexible refund policy:<\/p>

  • 75% of the registration<\/strong> fee will be refunded if you request the cancellation before June 1 at 11:59 p.m.<\/strong><\/li>
  • From June 2<\/strong>, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.<\/li>
  • Transfers of registration between participants<\/strong> will be allowed until June 2, with a \u20ac5<\/strong> administration fee. If the new participant is not federated, they will need to pay the additional fee for the one-day licence.<\/li><\/ul>
