Super Sprint Route of the Gran Triatlón Madrid
The Super Sprint modality is designed for those who are new to triathlon or are looking for a more affordable distance.
The tours of this format take place entirely within the Casa de Campo:
- Swimming. Held in Casa de Campo Lake, a high-quality and safe space where the water is regularly tested. The route is marked by highly visible buoys and is supervised by the Madrid Lifesaving Federation.
- Cycling. The cycling circuit covers 7 km and passes through traffic-free zones, ensuring a safe and exciting route for all participants.

Sprint and Standard Routes of the Gran Triatlón Madrid
These categories are more challenging and require greater physical preparation. The Gran Triatlón Madrid routes for the Sprint and Standard distances combine segments inside and outside Casa de Campo:
- Swimming. In both categories, the swimming segment is held in the Lake, with a longer route for the Standard (1,500 meters) and a shorter one for the Sprint (750 meters).
- Ciclismo.
- Running. The run takes place within Casa de Campo, on flat terrain near the competition’s central area, making it easier for the public to follow the race.
